Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy: Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a one-on-one session that combines classic yoga techniques with body-mind psychology. Therapeutic dialogue along with focused breathing and assisted yoga postures is used to coach an inner awareness that can result in the release of old undigested incidents, traumas, personal beliefs, and out-of-date habits and patterns.
