Blue Earth Healing offers yoga for healing. Different from the popular vinyasa, Healing Yoga may not be such an athletic workshop, nor is it overly gentle or "restorative" in process, but the practice is designed to meet your needs where you are at. Currently we are offering the Five Tibetans at the Railyard Performance Center on Fridays from 4:30-5:30 pm. The cost is $10 and the class is suitable for most anybody.
