Jaya Yoga East opened October 2010 is the sister studio to Jaya Yoga Center in Park Slope (2000). We are a small group of highly skilled teachers who look forward to bringing you closer to a truly yogic experience in every class. The hatha vinyasa classes we offer are diverse in form but not in nature. The levels range from beginner all the way to advanced. Our community is welcoming and totally non-competitive and non-judgmental. We look forward to practicing with you.
