Evening group classes 6.00-7.15 and 7.30-8.15, Tuesday- Wednesdays. Personal lessons/ Yoga therapy.Postures, posture sequences, breathing practices,pranayama that respects principles of practice, including Hatha Yoga principles whilst adapting to an individuals current situation/condition.You are guided through progressive steps in carefully balanced practices that physically condition the body whilst taking a mindfulness apporoach to breath and movement leading to stillness, creating a sense of space and awareness for the mind.
