Sal is a Level 3 qualified 'Register of Exercise Professionals' yoga teacher. Having studied with Yoga Professionals in London following the Sivananda Yoga lineage, Sal now runs regular weekly classes in Cuckfield and Haywards Heath. His teaching style is vinyasa-based with a strong emphasis on alingnment and a mindful approach to the practice.
