The Mindful Life Yoga for Kids curriculum was developed by Kristen Race, Ph.D.. The program is theoretically derived and informed by the latest scientific research in the fields of cognitive neuroscience, positive psychology, social and emotional learning, and mindfulness. Appropriate for classroom or private settings, PreK-5th grades. The curriculum is specifically designed to help children develop attention, sensory awareness, impulse control, emotional management, empathy, and excutive functioning.
