Yoga per tutti i livelli, in piccoli gruppi (8-10), in uno stile vinyasa accessibile con una forte enfasi sul respiro. Le lezioni cominciano con una pratica di Pranayama, e terminano con Savasana ed una breve sessione di meditazione. Open to all levels of practice, small groups with a mild vinyasa style and strong emphasis on alignment. Classes start with pranayama practice, and end with Savasana and a short meditation session.
