I teach yoga to older adults in senior communities and assisted living centers. It is a gentle asana and pranayama practice that is mostly done in chairs. I have 8 years of experience working with seniors in a skilled nursing facility. I also teach a Women's Core class and Prenatal yoga at Yoga Momma (yoga-momma.com) on Saturdays.
