Sharon Daly is the founder of ecoLife Solutions, a company dedicated to moving motivated individuals forward toward real happiness and fulfillment by connecting with their true self and the natural world. Sharon offers a whole-self approach to personal and spiritual evolution that connects you to your inner wisdom and promotes genuine self-care, real happiness and healthy life balance. Through her innovative Personal Evolution Journey you’ll experience simple tools, techniques and practices for cultivating emotional strength and resilience, mental clarity, genuine self-care, freedom from negative habits and more positive ways of relating to self, others and life. The Personal Evolution Journey is the foundation for both the Awakening to Radiant Happiness 8-Week Group Program and the Personal Coaching Program. Half-day to weekend workshops that explore the key topics of the Personal Evolution Journey are presented in various locations. Sharon also offers Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, a one-on-one body-centred process that uses self-awareness as a therapeutic tool for healing and profound insight into your life. You’ll be fully supported in a safe space to step into your most powerful self and embrace what really matters to you. Sharon provides community yoga classes in the Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles in Courtenay, BC.
