Join me at Bonaventure Town Center for Hatha Yoga, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30. The first class is free and open to all. If you are a senior, class is held on Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm. I provide group and private classes to adults and children. I teach yoga safely. I am a Yoga Therapist certified by Duke University and provide therapy for seniors, the disabled and those people with limited mobility.
