Ashtanga Samyak Yoga Teacher Training

With the special focus on Yoga Anatomy, Art of Hands on Adjustments, techniques to practice yoga postures, sequencing a variety of yogic movements, beginners and advanced pranayama techniques, Yoga Kriya (Yogic cleansing of human system), Kirtans and Meditation, Samyak Yoga offers a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Course to the participants.

Yoga Teacher Training Courses will be held in two locations.
