Compassionate, mindful and individually tailored teaching. I teach hatha yoga including asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and yoga philosophy and aim to increase my students' awareness and control of their breath and state of mind in order to enable them to go about their daily lives with mindfulness and a sense of purpose and well-being. Yoga is for everyone, you start from where you are now, regardless of gender, age and physical and mental fitness. Come and try! I currently run a general class as well as special classes for seniors.
