Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre has graduated over 500 successful yoga teacher trainees from all corners of the globe at our training centres located in India, Europe and Thailand. Our world renowned 200 Hour, one month, Teacher Training Course (TTC) is internationally accredited with Yoga Alliance U.S, Yoga Alliance UK, Yoga Alliance International, The World Yoga Council and the International Yoga Federation.

Our Teacher Training Course is led by expert teacher and director of Himalaya Yoga Valley, Yogacharya Lalit Kumar who has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. Together with his specialist team of teachers he delivers comprehensive programmes that include Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Anatomy, Ayurveda, Adjusting, Sequencing, Mantra Chanting, Meditation and other traditional and contemporary yoga techniques.

Our unique internship program is open to successful graduates of our TTC who wish to further their education upon completion of their training.

Since 2004 Himalaya Yoga Valley has been dedicated to honoring and sharing traditional Ashtanga and Hatha yoga practices as passed on by the great masters before us.
