A mix of Ashtanga based Vinyasa style Yoga and Hatha based classes. Ashtanga Based Vinyasa is a fast pace of yoga that moves with the breath; toning the body, making it flexible and strong while calming the mind and improving breathing. Intermediate Mondays 6.30pm - 7.15pm Beginners Mondays 8pm - 9.15pm Hatha Yoga is a slow deeply relaxing pace of yoga that stretches & tones your whole body while rejuvenating your system and improving breathing Mixed Levels Wednesdays 10am - 11.15am Classes held in Oriel House, Ballincollig.
