What to Expect
-Learn fundamental poses from each category (standing, seated, inversions, etc), which ones to learn first, why, and key actions in them -Safely progress to more challenging postures while using props, as necessary -Receive modifications, if needed, for various ailments -Be given new poses to practice between classes for further advancement
