Small and well established yoga studio offering One on one lessons from beginner to experienced students and group classes for all levels. Yoga Teacher trainees receive mentoring from this American Viniyoga Institute teacher. Vedic Chant, taught as a practice. Ana has been practicing yoga since 1976 and has trained as a yoga teacher with several well regarded master teachers. She was certified in 2006 by Krishnamacharya Health and Yoga Foundation, Chennai, India and continues to study the many different aspects of yoga through teachers like Sonia Nelson of the Vedic Chant Center, Santa Fe, NM and Gary Kraftsow, of American Viniyoga Institute, Oakland, CA. Ana teaches vedic chant as well as asana, pranayama, and therapeutic uses of yoga methods. "The wonderful thing about Yoga is that it is a natural expression of being human.
