Atmadarsan Yoga-Dhama is the Yoga Division under Integral Psycho-Yoga & Holistic Health Association (Regd)situating in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. IPYHA is affiliated to Yoga Alliance International, Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University, and Natioal Centre for Labor and Learning. We conduct various yoga courses ranging from certificate to Ph.D under TNPES University. Also conducting 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Dual Certification (Yoga Alliance International and National Centre for Labor and Learning). Our Director Yogacharya D. Sreekantan Nair is a well qualified and reputed yoga teacher and teaching Yoga from 1977. He is also qualified in Acupressure, Psychotherapy and Counselling, Su Jok Acupuncture and Reiki.
