Luis is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher trained at It's yoga, Puerto Rico with David Kyle and Elizabeth Sallaberry. In his class he strives to ignite the dormant flame of vital life energy within all of us focusing on the synchronization of deep breathing, asana(postures) and drishti (focus point). As a result, our body will enjoy better health and more energy and our mind more will be powerful and clear. Available for group and private lessons. Classes are bilingual.
