I teach a flowing style of the Deep Yoga method developed by Bhava Ram and Laura Plumb, along with other DY instructors at Alma Latina Dance in the Serra Mesa neighborhood of San Diego. I also offer Transformational Yoga for Writers workshops in San Diego, and a retreat this September 11-18 amdist the rolling hills and ancient forests of Radicondoli in Tuscany. We'll stay in gorgeously restored farmhouse apartments for a week of creative exploration The Saraswati Way.
