Soulstice Yoga is the home of alignment-based vinyasa yoga. Classes are available in the newly-expanded in-home studio and at Swedish Hospital's Issaquah Campus. I teach a variety of classes for adults and also teach "Yoga for Kids" and "Mommy & Me" yoga. I also work privately with many students who may be in need of a more therapeutic practice.
