Offering a variety of yoga classes for all ages & levels of fitness. I am a registered nurse with over 21 years nursing experience. I also am a certified Zumba instructor & formerly taught aerobic dance & step aerobics. I am a certified YogaFit trainer and have achieved Level 3 training. I am also a certified personal trainer through AAAI/ISMA and will gladly develop a fitness & weight management program tailored to suit your needs. Class times vary; business hours are 9:30-4:30 M-F; some evening & early morning classes are offered. I also am a distributor for several health, beauty, weight-loss & nutritional supplements.
