Our goal is to bring fresh perspective to each class. Classes incorporate breath awareness, amazing physical exercise, discussion and awareness of the traditions of Yoga and relaxation.
We combine various styles of Yoga from Vinyasa Flow to Iyengar to Anusara to traditional Tibetan. You never know what you are going to experience on the mat!
The staff at Pink Lotus is highly qualified and able to lead a Yoga practice geared toward individual needs as well as the participants as a whole. Each instructor has 200 plus hours of certification.
