Re-starts 20th September 2011, Thursdays 7.40 - 9.10pm term time only. My classes focus on the disciplines of yoga and meditation with their accent on posture, breathing and focused awareness. They are a great way to do physical exercise, a means of strengthening the body, improving flexibility as well as learning to access clearer, calmer thinking patterns.
