The Fluid Yoga Studio offers a range of classes to suit all levels of experience and ability. As well as beginners' courses and weekly classes in Ashtanga Yoga, we offer Hatha Yoga courses and classes based on Krishnamacharya's Vinyasa Krama system. Our primary aim is to offer the opportunity to practice yoga in it's traditional context of spiritual evolution. All of our Hatha Yoga classes include a short Pranayama and Meditation element.
