I have a small yoga studio in Tsukuba, Japan. Classes are held daily and drop-ins are welcome. The price is right, so come often! We practice hard and carefully. Some of us are not so young or flexible anymore, some of us are. Everyone comes ready to breath deeply and leave feeling better! The only rule is that if something feels hard, if you wobble or lose your balance you have to laugh and we will laugh with you because we are too!
