Yoga Playgrounds is a mobile yoga studio dedicated exclusively to kids in Portland, Oregon and the surrounding areas. Classes encourage kids to use their natural flexibility and creativity to explore body awareness and mindfulness through poses and breath work. Classes for the youngest kids are sprinkled with music, games, props, and imagination, and each class closes with visualization and relaxation, which leaves kids feeling calm and relaxed. Each class is age appropriate, theme-based and a perfect compliment to other after school sports or activities.
