I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which uses the same principles and poses as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (the style that became famous through Sri K Pattabhi Jois, & also because Madonna was doing it!), but it's not as structured and you are in constant movement w/ the breath thus creating a lot of warmth & body heat ;) all in all a great treat for the body and mind....
