We are a new business in Basingstoke bringing fresh new Hatha yoga classes.We will be operating from a hall at the Trinity Methodist church on Sarum Hill in the very center of town.YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE,CLASSES START WED 3RD AUGUST,LIMITED SPACES SO PLEASE CALL TO MAKE A BOOKING.Our classes will include a mixture of Postures Controlled breathing techniques,Meditation and Relaxation,helping one stay centered and balanced in ones daily life.
