Yoga as a nourishing exploration of energy and movement. Begin class with resting settling in, proceed to slow movement for awakening and opening joints and muscles, with beginner's mind practice beautifully sequenced movement through poses, and restore at the end with rest.
Trained in Iygengar, Restorative and Therapuetic Yoga, Annie Macy is RYT 200 Hour Certified by Yoga Alliance with another 200 hours of advanced teacher training.
Private Lessons are amazing for beginners to learn some basics or to help heal injuries. Restorative Yoga Workshops monthly. Classes Tuesday and Thursday 9:30-11AM. Wednesday 6:30-7:45 PM.
