We exclusivly offer the only location of the Amrit Method(tm)tradition in Orange County. Moving mindfully, each class explores our inner strengths taking us through transitions and into awareness. We offer Mat Pilates, Power Yoga, Relax and Restore, Stretch for the Non-Yogi, Yoga and Weights and a variety of workshops. We experiment with different themes encouraging us to find our unique expression, or ray, on the mat, but in the end, return to the one that we all are. Each class offers a challenge, or intention, should you be willing to accept. The journey through postures will take you to new depths of understanding both your body and yourself. Be prepared to work up heat, but cool at the end as we salute the sun. We are transformed by the heat of the sun.
