All kinds of authentic work helps to empower people, enabling them to experience and express their lives more fully. Yoga has amazing tools for helping to empower people. At its heart, yoga is a transformational art. I believe that yoga, like anything else, can be used well or not. My aim is to help bring some of the depth of the yoga tradition to students, allowing them to touch more of their own depth. While depth can imply a heaviness, lightness is also an essential part of human nature and has an important place in the practice of yoga.
