sindia has been practising and teaching yoga and pilates since 2001. Formerly a professional classical/contemporary dancer, she was first exposed to ashtanga yoga and pilates while pursuing her bachelor of arts program in dance for 4 years. Curiosity took her further into the discovery of shadow yoga and anusara yoga. - Dynamic Flow Yoga is currently her favourite form of practice. sindia's classes are unique as they are a combination of various yoga and body conditioning techniques.
