I am a certified yoga teacher with more than 15 years of study and practice in yoga. My classes are a beautiful blend of yoga traditions and styles, including Vinyasa (Flow), Yin, gentle Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga. All levels of practitioners, from beginning to advanced, are welcome. I also offer private and semi-private lessons in the location of your choosing, as well as corporate classes in your workplace. You are invited to join me on yoga retreats, which I lead several times a year.
