I teach Hatha Yoga classes at studios, corporate locations, and hospitals. My classes energize the body with pranayama, and an exploratory sequence throughout the class. You will feel strong, energized, centered and relaxed. The prenatal classes, and all classes, focus on using the breath to open up the body and create space within the body and mind. I enjoy working on the chakras by meditating on positive energy to these amazing areas of the body. I especially enjoy helping other open their heart chakra, so they are able to love themselves, and others, accepting things the way they are.
