All levels of yoga classes are offered and are alignment oriented. The Kula offers small classes in a large, newly carpeted and painted, skylit hall with many windows. There is a casual welcoming atmosphere that should make you want to come back for more. Theraputics is a specialty of Nancy Steinber RYT, who teaches all classes.
