Yonnie is Beijing's only Yoga Alliance 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher. She teaches led and Mysore style Ashtanga, mixed level Hatha and very gentle Hatha classes. Yonnie is studying applied anatomy and physiology with an Australian physiotherapist. She also travels to India twice a year to study yoga therapy, and Ashtanga yoga with some of the most senior teachers in the world. All of Yonnie's classes draw traditional yoga together with biomechanics and Western concepts of the human body. She adapts a yoga practice to suit your body, whether you are young or old, active or inactive, creaky or bendy. Yonnie doesn't presume to have any definitive answers. And she doesn't preach any particular 'paths'. Yonnie believes in guiding you to find your own way. Small classes. Guaranteed individual attention in every class. No hocus pocus. No gimmicks.
