Our Vidya Yoga Studio founded in 1994 is the first yoga room in Cuba with all the material and spiritual conditions under the influency of BKS Iyengar. Founded by Elsa Hermida and Eduardo Pimentel.We offer lectures & workshops with different topics:The influence of sound, Stress and Yoga,Restorative Yoga,Yoga for Women etc.) In July and December. Public and private classes regularly during the week. Eduardo is the President of Cuban Yoga Association with representations in Cardenas, Matanzas, Sancti Spiritus, Cienfuegos, Manzanillo, Holguin and Havana. And Elsa is the founder and president of International Asociation of Arts and Yoga for the life. Come and enjoy learning in Vidya Yoga... a tropical space for yoga in Cuba.
