Waterfall Retreat and Environmental Center is committed to being of service by providing Yoga, Meditation and Mindfullness teachings. The center is also a model of environmental sustainability and conservation. It is set in the peacefull and natural land of the Nkutu Valley Nature Reserve. It is a nurturing space to aid spiritual growth and to experience and live the Yogic lifestyle. The center hosts day, weekend and longstay retreats, training with both local and international teachers. The center also offers weelky group Yoga and meditation classes.
