Private Individual and Private Group Yoga Instruction
I teach a style of yoga which is compassionate and rich with insight as I incorporate asana (postures) to stretch, strenghten, tone, balance and detoxify to body; pranayama (breath/energy control) to learn how to harness and utilize energy; meditation to control the random fluctuations of the mind promoting focus and healthy thought habits; and kriya to cleanse the body and mind of impurities.
Yoga is for everyone, no body is too old, weak or inflexible to benefit from the life transforming practice of yoga. Each class is tailored to the needs of the group or individual according to their level of fitness and interests.
My mission is to bring the mind, body and spirit of students back into alignment with nature and their higher, divine selves.
