I teach vinyasa flow classes at various studios around Seattle. I additionally contract to local (and international!) companies for 'staff care and development' projects, primarily offering yoga services. Additionally, I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington and combine yoga as a form of therapy, meeting with individuals privately to take yoga one step further in their form of development and/or recovery.
