Tuesdays weekly from 6.45 - 8.15pm. £26 for four consecutive classes or £8 per session drop in. Authentic Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan - classes usually include kriya (set of actions), pranayama and mantra. This is a powerful practice to discover your innate being. All levels welcome.
