Sierra Soul Yoga is an Outreach Program at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, in Reno Nevada. ierra Soul Yoga welcomes everyone; people of all different faiths and spiritual paths, all ages and ethnicity, and all genders and journeyers. Sierra Soul Yoga classes are some of the first in the Northern Sierra region to incorporate Biblical beliefs and ancient Christian meditation, such as Lectio Divina. Sierra Soul yoga offers Hatha and Yahweh Yoga style classes that encourage students to flow in their faith, mindfully meditate, and practice pranayama and asana in a peaceful environment. Classes are Tuesday evenings at 5pm and 6pm.
