Bhavana Yoga Center is a place for mind & body practices. It has a holistic approach to everyday life for contemporary people. It offers guidance for a lifestyle that maintains balance and promotes wellness through the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.
We primarily teach classes and workshops based on the Anusara Yoga® method. Additionally, we offer classes of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Swings, pilates mat work, acroyoga, yoga retreats and trainings, aiming at helping people of all ages and abilities live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
At Bhavana Yoga Center we aim to create a community (kula) of open-hearted people who gather to enjoy, practice, share, learn and accomplish a deeper, stronger and more conscious sense of self. We strongly believe that this state of consciousness and well-being can be best established when people come together to to support and celebrate it.
