Lazy Daisy Birthing classes are dedicated to helping mums-to-be prepare themselves for the birthing journey. Using a variation of techniques such as Movements inspired by Pregnancy Yoga (no squatting involved, no previous experience needed!), Traditional Active Birthing Education, Birth Breathing Education and a variation of Hypnobirthing mums-to-be (or mums to a 2nd, 3rd, 4th or more children!) will learn how to prepare their body and mind for labour whilst relaxing and making new friends.
