I teach alignment based Hatha Yoga, accessible for all ages and abilities. You do not need to be flexible to start! My classes are suitable for beginners to improvers. I provide all yoga equipment, including mats. I hold the Triyoga Teaching Diploma, a British Wheel of Yoga accredited diploma and am a REPS, Registered Exercise Instructor, Level 3. The classes are small and friendly so come along and see how it feels to connect to your body, relieve tension, increase fitness, strength and flexibility and improve posture.
