Through Christine's yoga travels, she has come to love the freedOM and also structured intensity of vinyasa style yoga, which is where her teaching style is rooted. Her classes focus on structural alignment of the physical body, including both physical and verbal adjustments, as well as helping the student create awareness in their body and mind by linking their breath with movement. She invites the student to have fun and to play in their body, embrace graceful movements to strengthen, stretch and restore harmony in the body. Most importantly, she looks forward to growing and learning with her students.
Yoga is about creating an environment to relax & rejuvenate or flourish & energize depending on what one’s mind and body need.
