Meditation, Kripalu Yoga, and Yoga Classes are also offered at No Place Like OM with owner, Marc Howard. Marc's classes focus on breathing, stretching, meditation and relaxation. At their Danbury Yoga Studio, No Place Like OM is now featuring Satsang, Pranayama, Chant, Meditation, and Asana with Yoga Alliance Member and Instructor, Rob Farella. Rob also offers Hatha Yoga (Anusara-style). Along with Yoga Classes, this Danbury Yoga Studio and retail store also offers Reiki and has created a community of healers, artists, crafters, and teachers of different traditions who support, educate, and help mend our bodies, our minds, and our spirits as we move through life. Using an holistic approach, owners Marc Howard and Melinda Wilkins, along with other talented individuals teach with equanimity and through a connection with Spirit in the most comfortable setting imaginable where you can learn, relax, strengthen, laugh, grow, and in the process, heal. Marc also teaches Yoga through Ann's Place in Danbury.
