Symmetry Yoga is a unique, spacious studio, located in the Advance Pump & Filter building along Route 125 on the Lee/Barrington, NH town line. Students of all experience levels can practice yoga in a fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and non-assuming atmosphere. Symmetry Yoga is rooted in the principles of Vinyasa, meaning ‘linking breath to movement.’ Vinyasa, an ancient tradition practiced in many yoga systems, is a dynamic style of yoga poses (asanas); it builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Classes are often built around sun salutations, and our teachers blend their background with the latest knowledge to offer their own unique style.
