Our class allows parents and children with special needs to enjoy time together while increasing strength and flexibility. The class teaches yoga moves in a fun and interactive way which will keep even the youngest child interested. The benefits of yoga for children with special needs include increased balance, increased body awareness, and stress relief. It also helps to calm and organize the mind and body.
