Open class, suitable for yoga students of all levels. Beginners welcome! Classes are £12 / £50 for 5. Mats and equipment are provided. I also offer private lessons in your home. I offer modifications to make poses accessible for beginners as well as variations to challenge more experienced students to their heart’s content! Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic form of Hatha yoga. Poses flow from one to the next, in tune with the breath. You will develop endurance and flexibility, discovering parts of your body you didn’t even know existed! Come to my classes expecting to be challenged physically and mentally. Expect to leave feeling like a new person!
